Yes, we ship internationally.

Can I change or cancel my order?
To process orders as quickly as possible, please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot make any changes. However, you can order your new order and we can cancel your old one.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for order processing during holidays and sale periods. We process orders Monday through Friday, and shipments are made within 1-3 business days after the order date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order is typically delivered within 6-8 days.

What if I do not receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our website are in Euros and are tax-free, meaning you may be responsible for customs and import duties upon receiving your order. Customs fees and related charges may apply once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. How do I return an item?

What if the received items are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive items that are incorrect, missing, or defective, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photos of the item, and any relevant details in your request. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request.
